E-Filing

Per Illinois Supreme Court Mandate beginning January 1, 2018, all civil document filings must be filed electronically (e-filed), to include all pleadings, all exhibits, and all transcripts. However, Jackson County has chosen its own mandatory deadline beginning July 1, 2017. Currently, we are accepting e-filed documents for all civil cases.

You will find a list of certified electronic filing service providers (EFSP’s) at http://efile.illinoiscourts.gov/service-providers.htm.

Additionally, information regarding online training can be found here: http://efile.illinoiscourts.gov
